Hello, I'm Jodie Ward
I enjoy working with individuals and couples. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationships. I practice from a strengths-based perspective and believe that therapy should be a safe space where clients feel supported and validated to express their feelings.
I am a Georgia Southern University double eagle with a Bachelor of Sociology and a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with college students and adults, most recently interning at Savannah College of Art and Design. I am a National Certified Counselor and am currently under clinical supervision as I work toward my Licensed Professional Counselor certification in Georgia.
Along with my husband and five children, I have called Savannah home since 2017. I love this community and am honored to be part of the Water’s Edge Counseling team.
