Savannah Office
2103 Bull Street, Savannah, GA 31401
Waters Edge Counseling began in 2014 when founder Whitney Owens opened a small upstairs office inside the blue Victorian home at 2103 Bull Street. As more clients sought support, the practice expanded—first filling the entire building, then growing into the neighboring yellow Victorian at 2107 Bull Street in 2022.
Over the past decade, the practice has continued to evolve to meet the needs of the Savannah community. A third location on Wilmington Island is scheduled to open in early 2025, allowing us to serve even more individuals and families across Coastal Georgia. What started as a single-counselor office has grown into a team of 17 clinicians, all committed to offering a place where clients can rest, take healthy risks, and experience restoration.
