During sessions, we will support you while also challenge you toward your goals that we set together. We plan to create space for you to search for answers and work through the difficulties in your life. We will be using therapeutic techniques from a variety of theories to help you best meet your treatment goals.
The individuals we see the range in age and life goals. We work with children through adults. Many clients come to see me for a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship issues, and spiritual formation. Through individual counseling, clients grow in their interpersonal skills and gain personal insight. We also enjoy doing dream work with clients who are interested.
